Insurances Accepted

We accept most major insurance policies and all Medicaid plans.

Please call to schedule your appointment. In case of life threatening emergency, please call 9-1-1.

Office Visits​

Call us at 678-496-2600 for your appointment! We do not accept patients who do not take mandated vaccines per the immunization schedule.
